Membership Matters
From the CEO
As we swing back into the competitions at Equestrian Victoria, I am continually inspired by the dedication and unwavering commitment demonstrated by our volunteers. Your selfless contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping the vibrant and thriving equestrian community we have become.
Equestrian Victoria is more than an organization; it is place for us to share a passion and support a sport that is so dear to many of us. None of which would be possible without the contribution of our volunteers. The countless hours you have devoted to organizing events, managing administrative tasks, caring for our equine companions, and fostering community connections have not gone unnoticed. Your efforts have created an environment where riders of all levels can come together, learn, and share in the joy of equestrian pursuits.
Volunteers are the backbone of any successful organization, and Equestrian Victoria is no exception. Your passion for our mission and the values you bring to our community are instrumental in our growth and achievements. Whether you're working behind the scenes or in the spotlight, your contributions are invaluable, and we would not be where we are today without you
Thank you for your unwavering commitment, and here's to another year of success, and the joy that comes from being part of the Equestrian Victoria family.

EV MEDIA ACCREDITATION REMINDER
A gentle reminder to all event Directors and Organising Committees of all Equestrian Victoria affiliated events that media/photographers attending your events must be accredited as per EV’s Media Accreditation process.
Any media persons engaged who are not currently EV accredited will need to apply through the jotform below.
ONLINE HORSE TRANSFERS
We are excited to announce that it is now even simpler to get your horse transfers done! This process has now moved online through the MyEA Portal.
You are still required to have either the orginal horse registration certificate signed by both the previous owner and the new owner or have completed a Sworn Statement in the event that the orginal certificate has been lost or destroyed.
For more information and to learn how to transfer your horse online, please click on the link below.
REMINDER TO ALL COMPETITORS
The EV office would like to take this time to remind all riders who compete in EV affiliated events to ensure that the information you input on your entry forms is correct:
If these details are not correct, they are flagged in the system as an error and are required to be checked and fixed manually, sometimes in the hundreds!
We would greatly appreciate if all riders could do their part to assist with making sure your entry details are correct. There is not always a huge window for our staff to get entry checks done and follow up on all errors after the close of entries to return to the event organisers in time. Making sure these are all in place would help increase the efficiency greatly.
Thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you at our events this year!
